Devdaya Charitable Trust

Devdaya charitable trust was formed in 2004, by doctors in the UK to provide Education and Healthcare for under privileged children in India. Our activities are primarily concentrated in promoting healthcare and education in Gujarat. They do activities in 1985 and since then have built and repaired 15 Primary and Secondary schools, a Technical College and Computer Centre in Rajkot District, Gujarat. They have also started a primary healthcare centre after the earthquake in 2001 in Gujarat. Devdaya refurbished the N.R.Doshi Eye Hospital in Wankaner, Gujarat with modern surgical equipments and it was officially opened by the Lions International Vice President, Lion Ashok Mehta. They can achieve our aim by joining hand with N.G.O. and nonprofit organization. We would like to partner with such institutes to spread our work across the state.Thier vision year 2020 is to have least number of avoidable childhood blindness problem in Gujarat compared to other states in India.
